- We do not guarantee the proper spellings of name on objects that are not received in writing via fax or email. Letters and numbers can easily be misunderstood over the phone. While every reasonable attempt will be made to ensure the accuracy of the transcription when written contact is not possible, it is for your convenience that we recommend this to ensure that your order is filled as accurately and quickly as possible.
- While sublimation has come a long way, because of the actual nature of sublimation (see FAQ), products will not look "exactly" like the original image. Because sublimation inks are transparent, the image on the product is defined by the substrate. The image will not look the same on a mug as it does on a mouse pad, name tag, or t-shirt. We will make every attempt to ensure that you receive a quality product that meets or exceeds your expectations, but we cannot be responsible for unreasonable expectations.
- Our goal is to ship your customized gift or product(s) within 7-10 business days from the receipt of your order. Larger orders may take longer. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order to determine an order time and/or ship
- We do not carry all of our products in stock, but they can usually be received in time to complete your order within the 7-10 day time frame. If there will be a delay because of obtaining the products, you will be told of this up front, and will be given the option of cancelling your order. But we hope you don't because we don't want you to miss out on our wonderful products!!
